【摘要】:Thisguidemaybeusedtoidentifyinstrumentsandmethodsformeasuringairqualityinaircraftcabins.Suchmeasurementsmaybeundertakento:Conductmonitoringsurveystocharacterizetheaircraftcabinenvironmentandtoassessenvironmentalconditions.Resultsofsuchmeasurementscouldthenbecomparedwithrelevantstandardsorguidelinesforassessmentofhealthandcomfortofpassengersandflightattendants.Investigatepassengerandflightattendantcomplaints;orMeasureandcomparetheperformanceofnewmaterialsandsystemsfortheaircraftcabinenvironment.1.1Thisguidecoversinformationandguidancefortheselectionofinstrumentationandtestmethodsformeasuringairqualityinaircraftpassengercabinsaswellasinareaslimitedtoflightcrewaccess.1.2Thisguideassumesthatalistofpollutantstobemeasured,oranalytesofinterest,whicharepresent,ormaybepresent,inaircraftcabinsisavailable.1.3Thisguideprovidesinformationandguidancetoidentifylevelsofconcernpertainingtopublicandoccupationalexposurestorelevantairpollutants.Thisguidedoesnotaddresslevelsofconcern,ifany,relatedtodegradationofmaterialsoraircraftcomponentsbecauseofthepresenceofairpollutants.1.4Basedonlevelsofconcernforpublicandoccupationalexposuresforeachpollutantofinterest,thisguideprovidesrecommendationsfordevelopingthreeaspectsofdataqualityobjectives(a)detectionlimit;(b)precision;and(c)bias.1.5Thisguidesummarizesinformationontechnologiesformeasurementofdifferentgroupsorclassesofairpollutantstoprovideabasisforselectionofinstrumentsandmethods.Theguidealsoidentifiesinformationresourcesontypesofavailablemeasurementsystems.1.6Thisguideprovidesgeneralrecommendationsforselectionofinstrumentsandmethods.Theserecommendationsarebasedonconceptsassociatedwithdataqualityobjectivesdiscussedinthisguideandtheinformationonavailableinstrumentsandmethodssummarizedinthisguide.1.7Thisguideisspecifictochemicalcontaminantsanddoesnotaddressbioaerosols,whichmaybepresentinthecabinenvironment.1.8Thisguidedoesnotprovidedetailsonuseoroperationofinstrumentsormethodsforthemeasurementofcabinairquality.1.9Thisguidedoesnotprovideinformationonthedesignofamonitoringstrategy,includingissuessuchasfrequencyofmeasurementorplacementofsamplers.1.10Usersofthisguideshouldbefamiliarwith,orhaveaccessto,individualswhohaveabackgroundin(a)useofinstrumentsandmethodsformeasurementofairpollutantsand(b)principlesoftoxicologyandhealth-effectsofenvironmentalexposuretoairpollutants.1.11ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.12Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
