【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofhand-heldcombustionenginepoweredandback-packcombustionenginepowered,gardenvacuumsandgardenblower/vacuumswithorwithoutshreddingmeansandgardenblowers,designedforoneoperatoronly.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices(includingresidualrisks)tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThroughoutthisEuropeanStandardtheterm'machine'isusedtomeanallthetypesofgardenblowersandvacuumscoveredbyit.ThisEuropeanStandarddeals,withallhazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttothesemachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4),exceptfor:-vibrationofbackpackmachines;-structuralintegrityforblowersandblowervacuums;-strengthforharnessesandback-packsupports.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicableto:-walk-behind,hand-guided(support-wheeled)andride-onmachines;-mainsdrivenandbatterypoweredblowersandvacuumsofcombinationsthereof;NOTEEN60335-1andIEC60335-2-100givethesafetyrequirementsformainsdrivenblowersandblowervacuums,vacuumcleanersforhouseholdandindustrialuse.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
